Paraffin Dispersant

Description

Paraffin Dispersant

It consists of several kinds of organic solvents, mutual solvents and oil-soluble surfactants. It is used for cleaning and inhibit the paraffin precipitation in the oil tubes. It can also dissolve the paraffin, resin and asphaltene sediments of the ground pipelines and equipment.

ü  The product is neutral and will not corrode the metal pipelines.

ü  The product can dissolve the paraffin very fast. Its flashing point is high. It can also dissolve some resin and asphaltene, thus reduce the transporting pressure of the pipelines.

ü  No sulfur and chlorine in the product. It does not have side effect to further crude oil treatment.

USAGE:

For wells with paraffin concentration lower than 15%, the product should be added into the oil tube with additive tools at regular time. The additive dosage can be determined by the paraffin precipitation condition of the oil well. The recommend additive dosage is 150-200 kg per well per month. For wells with paraffin concentration higher than 15%, the product should be added to the oil tube with pump continuously. The additive dosage per day should be 0.1-1% of the daily crude oil output.

This product is flammable. It should be stored in cold and dry condition and far away from the fire source.
